Q: How do you charge?
A: I work on a per-project basis, but I also offer monthly retainers for ongoing work. On inquiry, we will talk through your needs, and I’ll send you a proposal before we start.
Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: It depends on the project size. Most projects can be completed within a week or the same day (if booking a half-day/day rate). For a typical website copy package (home + about + 2‑3 pages), turnaround is often 3 weeks once I have all the input from you.
Q: How many rounds of revisions are included?
A: 1-2 revision rounds are included in the pricing, so we can ensure it feels exactly right. Any additional revisions outside of this will be charged at my hourly rate.
Q: What’s your process?
A: We start with an initial discovery call so I can better understand what your project requires. I will then send you a proposal along with a Client Agreement/Terms and Conditions to sign before we begin. I will clearly outline the things I need from you in order to get started (i.e. brand guidelines and assets, content, logos, etc). Once these items have been received, I will then move into writing, reviewing, and final delivery.
Q: Where are you based?
A: I’m based in Perth, Western Australia, but I can work with clients remotely across Australia (and beyond).
